For all the reasons out there for one to maintain his/her health, there is just one reason that matters for me to stay healthy and vigor. That is for my family, my wife and two girls. Sad to say, it is getting more frequent to hear from friends of heart problems, cholesterol issues, sleep disorder, and the usual pains and aches.
