As Christmas is drawing near, one thing on mind is definitely the mouth-watering food we will all get to enjoy. Délifrance is happy to present it’s Christmas selection for you during this season.

This is the 2nd time we were invited to attend a Délifrance event at Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC). And both times, the girls really enjoyed the fun and food. The easiest and most effective way to satisfy any kids or even adults.

The place was decorated with beautiful balloons and presents.

The girls were also very willing to pose even after a long day out. The power of Christmas!

 

We played 2 games – firstly was to test our memory, remembering all the items in a box. Secondly was to bring 5 items that were related to Christmas colours. And in both activities, Joey & Jayne completed the fastest and got a chance to choose their prize from the pile.

We got the Angry Bird Jenga Game. More fun at home!

Food was served and we had the opportunity to try out the Christmas selection first.

Enchanted Macaron Towers – creation of chocolate, praline, mixed berries and Valrhona Ivorie-filled cassis macarons. $88 (S) / $128 (L).

Joy of Délifrance – classic log cake layered with Valrhona Fine French Chocolate. $59.90 (approx. 1kg).

Silent Night – layers of chocolate sponge and decadent Valrhona Fine French Chocolate, finished with a smooth ganache. $59.90 (approx. 1kg).

Yuletide Log – Belgian chocolate creation boasts a rich core of dark chocolate mousse decked in chocolate shavings. $29.90 (Regular, approx. 500g) / $43.90 (Large, approx. 1kg).

Merry Cupcakes – in four flavours, Strawberry, Cheesy Oreo, Chocolate Drizzle and Mango & Passion Fruit.

   

Savouries

Traditional Roast Turkey – classic Christmas centrepiece, whole turkey stuffed with chestnut, served with cranberry sauce and chicken gravy. $88 (approx. 4.4kg - 5.3kg).

Roast New Zealand Striploin of Beef – served with pepper sauce. $64.90 (approx. 1.5kg).

Roast New Zealand Leg of Lamb – marinated with herbs and served with rosemary sauce. $88 (approx. 2.0kg - 2.2kg).

Honey Glazed Chicken Ham – accompanied by tangy pineapple sauce, best served with pineapple slices. $49.90 (approx. 1.5kg).
