Christmas Sugar Mountain

Media Invite

Gardens by the Bay has once again outshine itself and brought to us a spectacular Christmas-themed celebration, especially so with the enchanting garden display designed by the award-winning landscape designer, Kazuyuki Ishihara, a multiple gold medallist at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.

Watch this YouTube video to understand the inspiration behind the Guest Designer for Christmas Sugar Mountain.

The story features two characters – a pineapple boy called ‘Ananas’ and a strawberry girl called ‘Berry’. Both of them stumble on a garden with a special mountain that provides for all their needs. A fairy tale ending where both Ananas & Berry lived happily ever after. What more for a Christmas theme!

Like Kazuyuki mentioned, the garden is filled with edible fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, pineapples, tomatoes, cabbages etc.
